What we collect

When you submit a contact or lead form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the topic you selected (for example, buying, selling, or financing), and your message.

How we use it

Information submitted through this website is stored privately so Joey Flores can review and respond to your message. A copy is also emailed to Joey. We use this information only to respond to you and follow up on what you asked about. We don't sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

What we do not collect

This website does not collect Social Security numbers, bank statements, pay stubs, government IDs, mortgage applications, or other sensitive financial documents. If you move forward with a mortgage pre-approval or application, that happens directly with Joey through the appropriate secure systems, not through this website.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses a session cookie required for basic site functionality (such as keeping the owner dashboard secure). We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or marketing tracking tools on this website.
